Hello everyone, for team training this week, we will do the following;
Monday: 4-5 review the video from Saturday in the race office. 5-6 Nutrition with Kim in the race office. Skiers can go for a workout on their own in the morning or prior to 4 pm, whatever is most convenient.
Tuesday: specific strength + sport psychology (CCY office) with Tracey in small groups 4:30-6.
Thursday: intensity + sport psychology (CCY office) with Tracey in small groups 4:30-6.
Saturday: training race
