Hello everyone, it looks like the temperatures will moderate a bit this week. We will decide on technique for each workout as the week goes on.
For training this week, we will do the following workouts;
Monday: specific strength.
Tuesday: speed work on the race course and sport psychology on composure for (Reid-Eliza-Andrew-Caelan-Marcus-Cambria and Kassi) from 4:15-4:45 near the curling rink.
Thursday: intensity workout on the race course followed by ski prep.
Saturday: Don Sumanik classic
Sunday: Don Sumanik skate
