Training this Week

Hello everyone, thank you to all the skiers and coaches who attended the camp this weekend. It was a great success.

For practice this week, we will be doing the following workouts;

Monday 4 pm: meet at the race office.  We will run for 30 min, followed by a 30 minute core strength workout in the race office. After the workout, we will review the key technical component for classic skiing using the overhead projector.

Tuesday 4 pm: meet at the wax room. We will go for a run followed by plyometric on Telemark Hill. (make sure to wear warm clothes)

Thursday at 4 pm: meet at the wax room. We will run and do some ski striding intervals.

Saturday: Halloween event at 6:30 pm at the Ski Chalet. (more information available this week)
