Training this week

Hello everyone, here is the training schedule for the week;

Monday: running with circuit training in the race office

Tuesday: running and will try to ski on Selwyn"s Loop with rock skis. The Ski Club will pack the trails on Monday morning and hopefully if will be good on Tuesday. Get your equipment organized for Tuesday, rock skis, poles, boots, etc.

Thursday: running and skiing if Selwyn's Loop is still OK. May start sport pay. if Tracey is ready to go. Please fill in the sign up the Google Doc. ASAP if interested.

Saturday: TBD, will see what the weather does and what is available for training.
