Training this week

Hello everyone, I hope you all enjoyed your first week of team training.

For team training this week, we will be doing the following workouts;

Tuesday at 4 pm: running and circuit training

Thursday at 4 pm: roller skiing with specific strength

If you have not done so already, could you make sure to bring your registration form and cheque this week.
