Training this week

For training this week, we will be doing the following workouts;

Monday: ski in skating and do some specific strength

Tuesday: ski in skating and do some intensity

Thursday: Ski in classic and do some speed work

Saturday: Race at Mt-Lorne for some, leaving for the CWG for others

PS. great fun at the the Marsh Lake Loppet on Saturday.
