Training this week

Hello everyone, it was great to see many of you participating in the Road Relay yesterday. I hope you all had a fun time!

For training this week, we will be doing the following;

Tuesday 4-6 pm: running and plyometrics on Telemark Hill. Make sure you have a warm up top as it is getting chilly in the later part of the workout.

Thursday 4-6 pm: running and ski striding intensity on Birch Hill.

Saturday 11-1 pm: roller skiing including some speed work and some specific strength work.

Please note that the last Heakell Hill running test will take place on Thursday Sept. 24. On Saturday Sept. 26, we will take part in a trail work party at Mt-Mac.

Finally, with the changes to the regular flight schedule with both Air Canada and Air North this winter, the flights that we will use to travel to the races will be changed. I will send an updated flight schedule for the various trips on Monday.
