Training this week

Hello everyone, thank you to all of you who were able to help yesterday at the Ski Club. A huge amount of works was accomplished and it was much appreciated by the Ski Club.

For training this week, we will be doing the following;

Tuesday: running from 4:00 - 4:45 / plyo. from 4:45 - 5:30 / Selection criteria review in the Race Office from 5:30 - 6:15 / Coast Mountain Night from 6:30 - 8:30

** Except for a few items, everything that was ordered last spring and this summer has arrived.

Thursday 4 - 6 pm: running with ski striding intensity

Saturday 11-1: roller skiing with speed and specific strength (running as back up activity in case of inclement weather)

Alain will be away this Saturday and for next Monday's practice. Next Monday, Tracey will start with her individual sport psychology sessions (4-6 pm)
