Training Schedule for the week

First of all, it was great to see many of you running yesterday in the Road Relay. Good work :-)

Here is the training schedule for the week:

Tuesday at 4 pm: running and plyometric on Telemark Hill. We will end our workout at 5:20 this Tuesday in order to attend the meeting in the Race Office at 5:30 pm to review the draft selection document for the year.

Thursday at 4 pm: running and intensity in ski striding with poles (zone 3). Please bring your short running poles this week.

Saturday at 11:00 am: roller skiing including some speed and some specific strength.

- Reminder for those of you interested in ordering from Podium Wear to do so this week. The deadline is on Sept. 18th.

- The last Heakell Hill run will be on Thursday Sept. 22.
