Hello everyone, good work in the time trial this past Saturday! The results will be posted in the wax room on Monday.
For team training this week, we will be doing the following;
Monday at 4:00: ski in skating and we will do some speed work around Selwyn's Loop as a group. Watch the video at the end of practice.
Tuesday at 4:00: ski in skating and do a bit of intensity on the Don Sumanik race course (rock skis needed) unless we get a bunch of new snow.
Wednesday: I will enter all Blue Squad skiers in both Don Sumanik races unless I hear otherwise from skiers.
Thursday at 4:00: easy ski in classic, sport psychology with Tracey for the 2 groups in the Race Office and glide waxing of race skis in the wax room.
Saturday and Sunday from 12:00-2:00: Don Sumanik races, classic Saturday and skating on Sunday.
PS. From Kyle: "Despite the snowy forecast, the facts on the ground are still very thin. Because of this lack of snow, the Chief of Competition and TD are concerned that we may not be able to run these races on Dec. 3-4. Athletes would compromise their good skis and much of the course is sub-standard.

A decision whether to race or not will be made on Wednesday. We may be able to re-schedule for our alternate days, Dec. 10-11."
