Hello everyone, please find the information for team training this week.
Please note that I will be away to the Western Canadian Championships on Wednesday with the Yukon Team. Following the Western Championships, I will travel to the World Junior Championships in Switzerland. I will help support the Canadian Team, including Natalie who will be competing in her 3rd consecutive World Junior Championships!
Monday Jan 15 at 4 pm: ski in skating and do some specific strength
Tuesday Jan 16 at 4 pm: ski in skating and do some speed work
Thursday Jan 18 at 4 pm: ski in classic and do some intensity
Saturday Jan 20 at 11 am: long slow ski in classic
Congratulation everyone on competing in the AWG Trials this past weekend. It was great to see everyone pushing themselves in challenging snow conditions.
