Blue Squad Training This Week

I hope you all enjoyed a great weekend.

Good work in the roller ski time trial yesterday.

For training this week, we will be doing the following:

- Monday at 4:00: roller skiing including some video, agility and speed work.

- Tuesday at  4:00: running and plyometrics.

- Thursday at 4:00: running and ski intensity on the wood chips track.

- Saturday at 11:00: Tim Horton Run (full details coming in the next few days)

800 Meter intervall start uphill skate
