We will now meet at the wax room for the rest of the ski season. You can now switch your roller ski tips and put your baskets back on your skate poles and take your poles back in the Blue Squad locker. Also, make sure to take your ski boots from the roller ski container as we will not roller ski again this fall. Finally, if you have a locker in the ski chalet, now is a good time to renew it with the ski base.
- If you want to order a ski team suit or a jacket, do it now as the site will close on Tuesday night.
As the temperatures will be much colder this week, make sure you have appropriate clothing (gloves, hat, jacket etc.)
Training for this week
Monday at 4: long slow run on the single track trails
Tuesday at 4: running and plyometrics
Thursday at 4: running and intensity on wood chips
Saturday at 11: TBD based on weather
Make sure to have your rock skis ready this week in case we get snow.
