Training Schedule for October 3 - 6

Hello everyone, here is the training schedule for this week. Please note that we will not have Team practice on Oct. 8 and 10 because of Thanksgiving.

Monday Oct. 3 at 4 pm: running and circuit training

Tuesday Oct 4 at 4 pm: running and plyometrics (4-5) Talk on nutrition in the wax room with Kim Neufeld from 5-6 pm.

Thursday Oct 6 at 4 pm: running and ski striding intensity on Birch Hill

Sat. Oct. 8 & Mon. Oct 10 we will not be having team practice because of the Thanksgiving celebration.
