Hello everyone, here is the training schedule for this week;
Monday: watch the video from Thursday's workout then do specific strength on Selwyn's Loop. Workout to end at 5:30 pm because of Halloween
Tuesday: ski in skating and do speed workout (Alain involved with Green Squad coaches from 4:45 on)
Thursday: intensity and take video (technique dependant on snow conditions)
Saturday: time trial (technique dependant on snow conditions)
