Training tomorrow

Hello everyone, for training tomorrow, we will be doing some intensity and taking video. If possible, could everyone bring both classic and skate poles for the intensity workout on Selwyn's loop.

Also, Tracey will complete the sport psychology session with the last 2 groups (5:15 & 5:45).

Skiing is still very good on Selwyn's Loop. A bit icier on Copper but not bad considering the weather in the last few days.

A few notes to pass along:

- Bake sale has raised $300 and money has been distributed to athlete's accounts.

Potential Trip
Looking into a potential trip for green and maybe some blue squad athletes. (no qualification required)

What: Besh Cup-Fairbanks (they anticipate about 300 registered athletes)
When: Thursday Feb 2- Monday Feb 6th
Costs:  unknown at this time because it is based on number of athletes/parents/coaches going:
est: $50 entry fee, $1000 per vehicle (8 passenger) plus gas, food, accommodation, incidentals
Fundraising:  lots of fundraising possibilities and potential $200 per athlete/coach from Lotteries.

Please go to the below link and sign up by MONDAY DEC 6th.
We need a minimum of 6 athletes and 2 coaches/parents to make the trip a possibility.
If we have more than 6 athletes we could get away with 3 drivers for 2 vehicles, but it is not ideal.

Parents/coaches expenses will be covered by athletes.

The sooner people sign up, the better the chance we have for accommodation options.
