Hello everyone, here is the course description for the time trial tomorrow;
- 12:00 start in the mass start grid in the stadium (mass start)
- go out the stadium up toward the wax room and follow Skokum Trail to the Interchange
- turn left at the Interchange onto the 5 km trail and follow the 5 km trail to the Western Connector
- turn right onto the 7.5 km and back to the Interchange
- before the Scoop, turn right onto the 2.5 km trail up the 007 hill and back in the ski stadium
One loop is about 4 km.
- YES group will do 2 loops for about 8 km
- Blue males to do 1 loop and then on the second loop will turn right on the 2.5 km trail for a 6.5 km
- Blue female to do 1 loop as well as Green Squad
If you are unclear on the course based on the description, I will stick a map on the board.
YES Squad will skate. For the Blue Squad, you can decide on classic or skating depending on which technique you feel you need to improve the most.
From 11:20 to 11:50 there will be a young squad events so the stadium will be busy so you can do your warm-up outside of the stadium including the stadium and chalet trail.
