Hello everyone, the Don Sumanik skate race will take place this Saturday. You will all be entered as a Ski Team skier so no need to enter individually. If anyone know they will be unable to participate, please let me know by Wednesday at lunch by using the following address (xcyukon@gmail.com).
As for the training for this week, here is the schedule;
Tuesday at 4 pm: ski in skating and do specific strength.
Thursday at 4 pm: ski in skating and do intensity on the race course. Prepare the glide on your race skis (use a cold glider).
Saturday at 12 pm: Don Sumanik skate race.
