Team training this week

Hello everyone, I hope everyone is studying hard and getting ready for the exams in the coming week.

For team training this week, we will be doing the following;

Monday: individual athlete meeting (10 minutes wiith each athlete) as well as speed work

Tuesday: complete athlete meeting and do specific strength

Thursday: Thursday Night Race at 6 pm (prep your skis and warm up prior to the start at 6 pm

Saturday: Long slow distance ski
