Here is the training schedule for this week;
Monday: because it is an exam day for most and the forecast calls for a high temperature of minus 33, there will not be a workout at 4 pm. Instead, try to go do some exercise on your own or in small group.
Tuesday: it is supposed to warm up so the plan is to ski in classic and do a bit of speed (weather permitting).
Wednesday: confirm with Amanda by lunch if you are not able to do the race on Saturday at the biathlon trail.
Thursday: ski in skating and do intensity in zone 3 and 4.
Saturday: do the race at the biathlon race site.
Holly has worked really hard in the last few months trying to use feedbacks and suggestions from the Blue Squad skiers to come up with a great Ski Team jacket. We would like to have an idea of how many skiers are interested in ordering a jacket so we can let the company know the size of the order. Depending on the number of jacket ordered, the ordering may be done either by phone or online.
