Training this week

Hello everyone, hope you will enjoy a few late sleep-in this week as school is off.

For team training this week, we will keep the work day workouts at 4 pm to allow flexibility for athletes and coaches to use their days for different activities.

Team workouts:

Monday 4pm: speed work

Tuesday 4pm: specific strength

Thursday 4pm: intensity

Saturday 11am: TBD
