Hello everyone, what a drastic change in weather in the last 24 hours!
Here is the information for the time trial tomorrow;
- start/lap/finish at Crossroads
- start at Crossroads and ski on Wolf until you hit Lower Selwyn's Loop. Go right onto Lower Selwyn's Loop, go left on the 10 km trail up and past Fireweed Hut until you reach the top of the first long up-hill. You will be able to turn around an orange cone and come back down the hill until you are back to the junction of Upper Selwyn's Loop at which point you will turn right and ski all the way back to the start/lap area.
-skiers traveling to the NORAM will do 2 laps and the rest of the skiers will do one lap
-make sure you focus on your race prep, your warm-up and your technique, focusing on using the correct technique for all sections of the course as well as adapting your tempo according to the terrain. Make sure you carry some grippy kick waxes and a cork to the start line (Rode multigrade - Rode puple etc.)
