Training this week

Thank you everyone for a great camp this weekend. I am glad we finally started skiing :)

For training this week, we will be doing the following;

Monday: if there is still enough snow to ski on Selwyn's Loop, we will ski in classic and do some speed work. If not enough snow is left, we will run and do a circuit training in the race office. Remember the time change as it will get dark around 5:45 this week.

Tuesday: if we get more snow, we will try and skate ski and do some specific strength. If not enough snow, we will run and do a bit of plyo.

Thursday: Intensity (running or skiing??) 

Saturday: TBD depending on snow conditions.

PS. make sure you carry some wax and a cork while skiing in classic.
