Hello everyone, here is the information for training this week;
Monday: review the video from Saturday. Do some speed work in skating and potential for sport psy. if Tracey is available.
Tuesday: ski in skating and do some specific strength
Thursday: interval training in zone 3-4
Saturday: Time trial. Technique to be decided later in the week based on the snow condition
Make sure to continue your snow dance as we could use a bit of the white stuff on the ski trails. Take care. Alain
