It was great day for the Yukon skiers in the first skate race of the season on the NORAM circuit.
Dahria Beatty managed to claim top spot in the Open Women category in the 15 km and kendra Murray was 11th. In the open Men, Graham Nishikawa was 5th and Knute Johnsgaard finished 9th in the open men (second as an Under 23 skier) in the 30 km. Annah Hanthorn managed to finish third in the Junior Women category in the 5 km. In the Junior Men category, Marcus Deuling finished fifth and Caelan Mclean was in 12th spot in the 10 km.
A very good day of skating for all.
