Hello everyone, here is the training information for the week;
Monday: ski in skating and do some speed work
Tuesday: Course set up for THR and do the race at 6:00 pm. Skiers leaving for Rossland on Wednesday will also pack all their classic skis prior to the THR.
Wednesday: group leaving for Rossland
Thursday: specific strength
Saturday: long slow ski (technique TBD depending on temperature)
PS. I will send an e-mail for the group going to Rossland with some updated information for the trip
