Hello everyone, I hope you are all enjoying the skiing in Whitehorse. The team did great in Rossland this past weekend. Some of the team will continue on to Sovereign Lake next week for the second NORAM weekend of the season while many team members will be back in town for Tuesday's practice.
For training this week, the team will be doing the following;
Monday: sport psy. with Tracey with the following skiers and times (please let Tracey know if you can't attend your meeting tomorrow. (cell 332 6869) Please let Tracey and I know if you have decided not to take advantage of these sessions.

For Team Training, ski in skating and meet at 4:45 for speed work in the ski stadium
Tuesday: ski in skating and do some specific strength, meet in front of the wax room at 4:45
All Squad Christmas celebration put on by squad rep committee. All families invited to pizza party at 5:30 in the grey mt room.
Thursday: ski in classic and do some intensity zone 3 (4 times 3 min.)
Saturday: go for a long ski in classic
The Ski Team will be back from Sovereign Lake late on the 21. We will train during the day during the Christmas Break, schedule will be published soon.
Dec 23: come celebrate Emily and Graham's Olympic sign unveiling as well as celebrate Linda and Nick Stratis as the commissioner gives them awards for their years of volunteerism. 11:00 Dec 23rd in the waxroom. Light food to follow.
