Day 2 at the Western

A few more of our Yukon skiers came down with the stomach flu today leaving only 3 of the Yukon skiers unaffected so far :(

The highlights for the day were as follow;

- Knute finishing 3rd in the open Men in the 1.3 km sprint

- Annah Hanthorn finishing 1st in the 1.3 km sprint in the Junior Women category

- Natalie Hynes finishing 7th in the 1 km sprint in the Junior girl category

- Hannah Shier finishing 10th in the 500 M sprint in the Juvenile Girl category

Tomorrow will see our skiers compete in the mass start skate sprints.

We are hoping for a quick recovery for all of our sick skiers.
