Training this week

I hope everyone enjoyed the few days off between the 2 semesters.

For training this week, we will be doing the following;

Monday: ski in skating and do some specific strength 

Tuesday: help set-up the race course for the Tim Horton race. Use the race as an opportunity to do some zone 3-4

Wednesday: everyone will be entered for the skate race at Yukon Biathlon unless I hear otherwise. 

Thursday: ski in classic and do some speed work as a group

Saturday: skate race at Yukon Biathlon
