Training update

Hello everyone, a reminder to come to each practice with extra clothes as the weather slowly shift to winter (hat, gloves, buff, wind breaker).

Update for training:

Saturday at 11:00: come prepare for roller skiing or running, depending on temperature and road conditions. In order to provide variety, the workout will take place in Whistle Bend. If skiers could car pool and meet at the lower round about in Whistle Bend at 11:00, that would be great. The workout will consist of distance and specific strength. 

Monday at 4:00: Tracey is not available to start sport psychology. We will roller ski instead from the Canada Games Centre. Distance and speed work. For skiers unable to do the intensity Thursday, do the intensity on roller skis today (4 X 3 min)

Tuesday at 4:00: running with plyometric on Telemark Hill

Thursday at 4:00: running with ski striding intensity

No official team training on Thanksgiving weekend (next workout on Tuesday)

**Reminder that I will be away Saturday and Monday attending a celebration of life for my dad in Montreal. Alain
