Hello everyone, here is the time trial info for tomorrow;
We will use the Don Sumanik/Nationals race courses tomorrow for the time trial in skating. We will be using bibs tomorrow for your safety on the courses as the trails will be open to everyone. It will be important to keep your head up for other skiers.
first start at 11:45 in the stadium, make sure you are well warmed up for the start and bring extra clothes to the start.
- males 2 X 3.75 km = 7.5 km
- females 2 X 3.3 km = 6.6 km
Maps for both courses are posted in the wax room.

We are going to kick off December with a Tim Horton's Race on Tuesday!
Tim Horton's Race # 2
When: Tuesday Dec 1st at wax room
Register 5:00- race time
Race starts:
6:00 start for 12 and older
6:02 start for those who are 8-11
6:04 start for those 7 and under
What: 2 courses (2.5 km and < 1 km) (map will be posted by CCY whiteboards)
12+ course: (2.5 km)
Boys and Girls 12-16 2 laps
Males 17 + 3 laps
Females 17 + 3 laps
Age 8-11: 800 m course Boys and Girls: 4 laps
6 and under 800 m course: Boys and Girls: 1-2 laps
Theme: wear anything green, red or white to kick off the Christmas Season!
Cost: $5 includes a light dinner (squad kids are prepaid). Spectators can also pay the $5 and join us for dinner.
