5th Podium for Natalie Hynes in five races

It was a perfect day for ski racing today with fresh falling snow and mild temperatures in Sovereign Lake. Today's races featured the individual start skate races on the challenging 5 km World Cup course.

Natalie Hynes completed the weekend with another podium performance in the 5 km skate race. Dahria Beatty and Knute Johnsgard were the other 2 Yukon skiers to reached the podium today.

For team training this week, we will be doing the following;

Monday: snow shovelling on the Don Sumanik race course 3:30-5:00

5:30 City Council meeting for the paved path

Tuesday: skate skiing including speed work. Squad Christmas party at 5:30

Thursday: skiing in classic including some intensity on the race courses

Saturday and Sunday: Don Sumanik races
