The hope is that by Dec 22nd, we can report to city council that some funds have been donated to the paved path project as private donations/support was a question from Mayor and council on Monday.
If you donate greater than $20 to the fund, you will get a charitable tax receipt.

The CCY Paved Path (CCYPP) fund is created through CCY and Sport Yukon to support development of a paved path on the Whitehorse Cross Country Ski Club trail network. The paved path is being developed to support the development of cross country skiing in the Yukon. It will be used for competitive and recreational skiing and training and will be accessible to the community at large to support being “active for life”. Development of a paved path will be dependent on securing adequate funds for construction. If the paved path project does not proceed, funds donated to the CCYPP fund will be used for another ski project or ski program in the future. Donations greater than $20 to the CCYPP fund will be eligible for a charitable donation tax receipt.
