Hello everyone, I hope you are all as excited as I am to participate in the Ski Nationals in Whitehorse in less than 3 weeks from now!
I made the race entries tonight for all athletes who had a valid CCC racing license.
During the Ski Nationals, we will have access to a house in Valleyview where we will be able to have team meals and team meetings each night. It will be a convenient place to be dropped off each morning and leave your gear, get changed and then walk to the Ski Stadium for training and racing.
During the Ski Nationals, the coaches will be doing the waxing of the skis in the CCY wax containers beside the Race Office. It will as close to the start and finish area as can be :-) we will also set up a wall tent so that we have a place to chill before and after the races.
We will have team meal each night following the Team Captains meetings around 18:45 followed by an athlete meeting around 19:30. We will leave the house shortly after the team meetings so pick up at the house each night can happen around 20:00 or so.
