I hope everyone is enjoying a great Thanksgiving Weekend :-)
For training this week, we will change things up a bit to take advantage of the nice weather forecasted earlier this week.
Tuesday at 4 pm: meet at the roller ski container as we will go roller skiing. We will do some speed and some specific strength.
Thursday at 4 pm: meet at the wax room. We will go for a run and do plyometric on Telemark hill at 4:45 pm.
Saturday at 11:00 am: meet at the roller ski container (ski swap happening at the Chalet) as we will be going for a long run including some natural intensity in the middle of the workout on Calypso Canyon and Rebirth trails.
-Remember to bring extra clothes as it is starting to cool down quickly around 5:30-6:00 on weekdays.
-Make sure all your rock ski equipment is set to go :-)
