I would like to thank all the volunteers, athletes, coaches and parents. You were wonderful to watch and it was great to see all the work that was accomplished during Squad time Saturday! It takes a community to clean a stadium like you did :-)
Training this week:
Tuesday: running and plyometrics (make sure to bring a jacket for the end of practice as it cools down quickly).
Thursday: roller skiing including intensity zone 3-4 while we can still roller ski.
*** No team practice this weekend as it is Thanksgiving. I hope everyone will get to spend some time with their family.
The ski cross/ski playground is progressing quickly thanks to Tyler Nicol, Sidhu Trucking and Advanced Construction. Their contribution to the project is greatly appreciated.
It will be an amazing addition to our existing ski stadium when it will be completed.
