Training this week

I hope everyone enjoyed a great Thanksgiving weekend.

Here is the training schedule for this week:

Tuesday: 4:00 to 6:00 running with plyometrics from 5:00-5:45 on Telemark Hill

Wednesday: WCCSC AGM at 7:00 pm

Thursday: roller skiing including intensity zone 3-4

Friday: deadline to order Ski Team race suit and jackets

Saturday: long slow run

A huge Thank you to Jonathan Kerr for helping out with his excavator building the Ski Cross/ski playground




Sample Training Plan 11 hrs

Monday: rest day

Tuesday: 2:00 running & plyo

Wednesday: 1:30 running including 30 min of circuit training

Thursday: 2:00 roller skiing including 0:30 of intensity

Friday 1:30 roller skiing including 0:30 of specific strength

Saturday: 2:00 running

Sunday: 2:00 roller skiing
