Update from the NORAM in Sovereign Lake

Hello everyone, I hope you are all doing well. It looks like the cold spell in Whitehorse may come to an end for the weekend! That would be great timing for the GMLC Opener tomorrow :)

Here in Sovereign Lake, the opposite is happening, the cold is suppose to intensify for the weekend which could have an impact on the races. We are keeping our fingers crossed that it will be warmer than what the forecast is calling for.

We will have four Yukon skiers taking part in tomorrow's races. Graham and Knute will start the 15 km interval start skate race while Emily and Dahria will compete in the 10 km interval start skate race. Colin will not start tomorrow's race as he is still feeling the effect of a cold he got last weekend.

You should be able to look at the results of the races on zone4.ca. The first start will be at 11 am.

Have fun tomorrow everyone. Take care. Alain
