Hello everyone, it was another stellar day in Sochi. The weather has been stunning so far since we arrived here on Monday.
Today, we started to do some serious testing in order to start gathering some information about the skis, the various structures and the different glide and kick waxes that work best in these snow conditions.
Here are a few pictures from earlier today;
Relaxing on our way down the mountain riding the gondola. Every day we walk 15 min. to the gondola from our house and another 15 min. to the wax room for a total of 45 min. commute each way.
Working inside to prepare skis for testing. We generally spend 2-3 hours a day on the skis and the rest of the time is spent indoor in the wax room (7-9 hours).

The walk from the top of the gondola to the wax room near the ski stadium. It is a really stunning area when the weather is like it is now :)
