Hello everyone, I hope you all enjoyed the warmer temperatures today.
For practice this week, we will be doing the following;
- Monday: ski in classic and do speed on the Don Sumanik race courses
- Tuesday: ski in skating and do specific strength on Copper
- Thursday: ski in skating and do intensity on the race course. Prepare race skis afterward.
- Saturday: Don Sumanik classic race. Start times around 12:30 or so for the Blue Squad
** Good news, with his performance earlier today in the relay, Knute has met the nomination process to the COA for the 2018 Olympic Winter Games. He is the first Yukon skiers to have met the Olympic nomination standard.
