Hello everyone, I hope you all enjoyed your first day of skiing on the Jackson Lake Road.
We have completed our last day of training at the Frozen Thunder Camp in Canmore today. It was a great opportunity for our 3 skiers to work on their technique, get their ski legs back in shape as well as meet some new skiers and coaches from around Canada. We will see everyone on Monday at practice. Think snow! Alain
PS. Note that our 3 skiers decided to use their training/rock skis for the sprint yesterday as to not damage their new racing skis as the purpose of the event was to participate and get some good intensity.
