Sport Psy. postponed to next Thursday

Hello everyone, Tracey won't be able to do the sport psychology session tomorrow as her father has passed away this week. The session will now take place next week on Thursday the 30th with the same schedule.

It was another good day at the Frozen Thunder camp with some intensity in skating. The track is getting busier as more and more people are coming to take advantage of the early skiing opportunity.

Our three skiers felt strong doing the intensity this morning and they are looking to the rest of the camp. Our skiers will take part in a classic sprint race on Friday with many National level skiers from Canada and the US.

Finally, one trend that I wanted to share with the skiers back in Whitehorse. We have seen a lot of elite skiers skiing with one pole or skiing without poles this year. Some of these skiers are elite skiers from Canada and the US in their late 20's and early 30's. My conclusion and my recommendation to you is that it is never too late to work on balance and on weight shift :)

Hope the freezing level with drop soon so that the skiing will begin at the Ski Club. Take care. Alain
