Good day of classic racing today

As expected, it was a much better day in the classic races today. Everyone on the team improved their placings compared with yesterday's skate sprints. The temperatures warmed up to -11 and with an additional 10 cm of snow overnight, it was near perfect conditions for classic skiing.

Natalie had the best placing for the day as she finished second in the junior girl category and 6th in the under 20 category in the 5 km individual classic race. Kendra finished in 4th place in the open women and 3rd in the U23 category while Annah was 8th in the open women and 6th in the U23 category.

In the open men, Colin finished in 7th place in the 15 km race while Caelan was 15th in the junior men and Hudson finished in 33rd place amongst the junior men.

Tomorrow will see a much deserve rest day. The racing will resume on Sunday with the skiathlon races.
