With these snow conditions and lack of snow in the forecast, the organizers of the Nationals have valid concerns about the ability to pull off nationals without a huge amount of help moving snow. With the Yukon sun that starts in Feb/March every dirt patch you see on the trails now will become a bare patch because we have less than a couple inches of base in some areas.
They are going to get a jump on it now while there is still snow on the sides to move.
Work parties every Sunday at 3:00. Meet at the wax room to get your assignment from Grant Abbott who is chief of course.
Bring a snow scoop ( best!!) or a shovel.

11:00 be ready to warm up in classic
11:30 come to the stadium to get your bib and find out which team you will be on
11:45 start of the Team Spring race, 3 laps of a 1.4 km or 1.0 km loop
