Please find the Training schedule for this coming week;

Monday: ski in skating and do some speed as a large group (2 sets)

Tuesday: ski in skating and do some double polling as a group (2 X 10 mins)

Thursday: ski in classic and do some intensity in zone 3-4 (4 X 3 min)

Saturday: do a long ski in classic and focus on good and efficient technique

Tour de ski update:

It was the best day of the TDS as the 3 Canadian skiers left in the race finished in the top 20 for the stage up the Alpe Cermis downhill run. Ivan had the 11th fastest time for the stage, Alex had the 16th fastest time while Devon had the 19th fastest time. All three skiers were happy with their race and their skis today which was a great way to finish the Tour. In the final overall Tour standing, Alex finished 14th, Ivan in 29th and Devon in 32nd place.

OPA update:

On the OPA Cup circuit, it was a skate race day and Emily had the best finish amongst the three Yukon skiers taking part. Emily finished in 3rd place while Dahria finished in 16th place and Knute finished in 25th place. All three Yukon skiers will now focus on racing on the World Cup circuit for the following 2 weekends.
